tips mengisi p*ntat tepoz

anda ingin p*ntat anda padat berisi seperti p*ntat saya? 😀 lakukan excercise seperti dibawah.

1. rentangkan kaki selebar panggul,

2. taruh tangan dipinggang seperti posisi berkacak pinggang mau nyolot.

4. tarik napas,

5. pasang tampang gahar.

6. putar badan atas anda kebelakang , hingga anda bisa melihat p*ntat anda.

7. panggil teman anda. suruh dia memegang p*ntat anda,

8. suruh teman anda menepuk2nya sambil berkata ..”p*ntat tepoz, bikin malu aja!”

9. terus ulangi hingga 30mnt.

kalo dilakukan secara rutin, dijamin teman anda akan mabok p*ntat… hahahahahahahahahaha….
